Dow Corning 28 Additive is intended to be incorporated into water-based, solvent-based, high-solids and solventless organic paints, inks and coatings.
At low levels, Dow Corning 28 Additive effectively reduces surface tension of coatings to provide marresistant or slip finishes.
Dow Corning 28 Additive also enhances coating flowout, wetting and leveling and aids pigment dispersion. |
