Wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coatings and pigment concentrates.
It prevents flocculation of the pigments and therefore stabilizes the hue and color strength of the paints and concentrates.
Flooding and floating in pigment mixtures is reduced and storage stability of the system is increased.
Pigment wetting and gloss are improved, millbase viscosity is reduced.
Disperbyk-190 is especially designed for the production of resin-free, stable pigment concentrates for flood/float-free general industrial coating systems.
It does not contain any organic solvents and therefore is only suitable for aqueous systems. The pigment grind should always be done resin-free. |
