Physicochemical Properties: It is a colorless hexagonal crystal or white powder. The lithium nitrate easily dissolves in water, ethanol, aqueous ammonia and lots of organic solvents. It is subject to deliquescence and is apt to form eutectic mixture with other alkali metal nitrates. |
