It is a nonflammable, non-corrosive, low volatile liquid at room temperature.
It contains a stabilizer to maintain product integrity during transport and storage.
CW 170 is typically applied in straight oil machining, drawing and stamping fluids.
It can also be formulated into soluble oils.
Selection criteria usually include chlorine level requirements, desired viscosity of the formulated product and solubility considerations. |
