				| Maleide F is a chemical multi-purpose modifier for rubber mixes based on the nonlimiting caoutchoucs, used in large-sized trunks production and trunks of mass assortment. The usage of Maleide F allows to solve high-temperature vulcanization problems, allowing in contrast to sulphur acid, to conduct vulcanization of general purpose caoutchoucs at temperature 183¡Æ¬³ practically without reversion and receive rubbers with good physical and chemical properties. Maleide F increases the durability of rubber connections on 20 %, raises stability of rubber mixes to premature vulcanization and thermo-stability of vulcanizes. According to efficiency of action, physical and chemical properties Maleide F is at the level of world best analogues. Maleide F allows to receive rubbers with high fatigue durability especially after thermal aging. |
