Brief Accounts
MIT Biocide is high-efficiency and broad-spectrum, and low-poison drug based on isothiazolinone chemistries. It consists of MIT9.5%¡¢MIT20%, MIT50% aqueous and glycol-based forms, effective against Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria, fungi and yeast. There is no any kind of heavy metals and formaldehyde in this product, it can run through the cell wall of microorganism and come into the cell, and combine with the base of RNA and DNA of the cell. And then, it can restrain the regeneration of microorganism and exterminate the microorganism completely. API use for alkali condition has excellent stability and bactericidal effectivity. Especially apply to neutrality and Alkali system which pH¡Ã7.0.
Aplication
It is offered for various applications covering from paints and coatings (both in-can preservation and dry film protection), metalworking fluids, plastics, adhesives and sealants, especially apply to cosmetic preservative .Main uses are leave-on products, namely hand and body lotions and moisturizers(including facial moisturisers), sun tanning lotions and some rinse-off products like shampoos(mostly zinc pyrithione based anti-dandruff shampoos),surfactants and conditioners.
