COAD 27F Zinc Stearate is a superior quality zinc stearate engineered specifically for use in matched metal die molding of SMC/BMC.
Exceptionally smooth particle surface morphology results in the COAD 27F Zinc Stearate having low specific surface for a given particle size, which minimizes viscosity build during mixing. The precisely controlled particle size allows for viscosity and mixing control.
SMC/BMC-Minimum Viscosity: COAD 27F Zinc Stearate at 25 microns provides the lowest viscosity build by virtue of its relatively large particle size.
Careful control of the top size ensures high quality surfaces with most compounds. |
