Properties:
Generally classified as a B-complex vitamin (referred to as vitamin B4 in some publications), choline(known officially as 2-hydroxyethyl-trimethyl ammonium hydroxide) is indispensable for a number of fundamental processes in the body. Choline influences the metabolism of carotene and vitamin A in animals and in fact It is an essential component for ensuring the proper functioning of the nervous system. Choline plays a vital role in a number of different ways:
