Zeon provide a series of hydrogenated NBR Rubber Compound for different purposes. Zeo is also undertaking active R&D to meet the customer's ongoing demands.
1. Current products
Z002D Hardness: 70¡¾5
Characteristics: resistant to heat, oil, and cooling medium (HCFC-134a, CFC-12), easy to process.
Application: Light-colored rubber seal in automotive air conditioner.
Z003 Hardness: 80¡¾5
Characteristics: good resistance to heat, abrasion, oil and hydrogen sulfide.
Application: rubber parts in oil drilling.
Z007 Z007A Hardness: 75¡¾5 Z007B Hardness: 70¡¾5
Characteristics: good resistance to heat, abrasion and oil, easy to process.
Application: high-temperature oil seal, black rubber seal in automotive air conditioner, rubber parts in oil drilling, etc.
Z008S Hardness: 70¡¾5
Characteristics: good resistance to heat, abrasion and oil
Application: automotive synchronous belt.
