This is a new and high efficient waster paper deinking agent developed and produced by Guihong Chemical Plant.
Range of application: waste books and periodicals, waster printing paper, offset printing books and periodicals, book paper, disregard message, waste paper, all kinds of waster paper etc..
Precautions:
1, Paper-choosing: Remove non fiber matter of brown paper, newspaper,tarpaulin paper, printer paper, plastic cloth etc..
2, Put 69 centigrade water into pulping jar, add 1 to 1.5 kg deinking agent/100kg waste paper, sodium silicate 3% ,sodium hydroxide 2.5% , PH inside jar: about 12.
3,At pulping, temperature should kept above 60 centigrade, time should be controlled more than 30 minutes.
4, Macromolecule polymerization, product appearance
light yellow.
Sodium percarbonate:Widely used as household and industrial bleaching agent, detergent, oxidizing agent
also used as bleaching agent in paper-making, textile industry, cleaning agent for common facilities, metal finishing agent, medical disinfector and antiodorant etc..
Zeolite detergent: Used in components of washing powder, taking the place of sodium tripolyhosphate. Content:Na 10.13 , Al 11.88 , Si 20.62 , O 37.57 , water 19.80.
Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate: Used as materials of washing powder and liquid detergent.
Mendozite:Used as food additive of baking powder, mordant and water-proofing agent in textile industry, also used in the refining of pigment, tannage, paper making, matches, ink, sugar, the purification of water.
Hard-surfaced metal cleaner: Used in cleaning oil stain on metal and hard surface.
Sodium silicate: Mainly used as adhesive of wood, welding rod, casting and refractory materials etc.

the material for silicon products such as silica gel, molecular sieve etc..
Ka-Na water glass: Used as adhesive of fluorophor and precision casting, also used as coating adhesive in the production of welding electrode. It is material for producing inorganic coating, vat dyes and silicon compound.
Sodium humate: It is a kind of plant growth regulator, feedstuffs additive
used as drilling mud conditioner, depressant for oil dressing. It can be used as boiler compound if used together with sodium carbonate.
Sodium Metasilicate Nonahydrate, Sodium Metasilicate pentahydrat:
Mainly used as high efficient assistant in washing powder, metal cleaning agent and dishware washing
used in boiling cotton yarn
in eliminating oil stain in waster paper, plant recovery and stabilizer of peroxide bleaching.
