PEG-free, high performance W/O emulsifier for creams and lotions with a water content of up to 80 %. It allows to make cosmetical creams with about 10 % of urea.
HYDRIOL PGI is oxidatively stable, non-toxic and non-skin-irritant.
HYDRIOL PGI decreases the interfacial tension to 4.2-4.6 mN/m (2 % paraffin oil high viscous versus distilled water). |
