The product is a hemi-ultra accelerator, extensively used in vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers. Mainly used in manufacture of tires, rubber belts, rubber shoes and other rubber products.

Slightly foul odour and bitter taste, nontoxic. (Specific gravity: 1.42-1.52.) Easily soluble in ethyl acetone, acetone, dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate. Soluble in ethyl alcohol. Not easily soluble in benzene. And insoluble in water and gasoline.
