The task of the POLMAST-UV concentrates of stabilisers is to protect synthetic substances from the influence of weather conditions that can have a significant influence on their features and can accelerate the process of wear.
The POLMAST-UV concentrates protect the products from the negative influence of
radiation of the sun (especially the highly energetic UVB and UVA radiation),
temperature, oxygen, ozone and other elements of air, humidity, chemical substances (e.g. as used in agriculture), acid rains in highly industrialised regions.
The negative influence of the radiation of the sun manifests itself by a decrease in the resistance features of the substance and microfissures.
The POLMAST-UV products do away with such phenomena or slow the processes significantly and as a result lengthen the exploitation period of products such as:
foils, fibres, fabrics for architecture - [PE, PP]
foils for palletting - [PE, PP]
foils, fibres, fabrics used in agriculture - [PE, PP],
barrier packages that protect their contents from UV - [PE, PP],
injection-shaped products, e.g. boxes, containers - [PE, PP],
blowing-shaped containers, e.g. bottles, petrol cans - [PE, PP]
The POLMAST-UV specifics also protect the visual side of the products as they prevent them from becoming mat and losing colour. It is particularly important for the products whose exploitation period is long and where the requirements of the consumers are high, e.g.
toys, garden furniture, cosmetics and electronic equipment packages, etc. |
