POLMAST is new generation of masterbaches.
The POLMAST colouring concentrates for polyolefins are produced using the mixtures of our wax dispersion monoconcentrates of the POLWAX type. Those mixtures are manufactured for all colours according to archived recipes and they are granulated through extruding machines in the polyolefin carrier. Each production is controlled doubly using a spectrophotometer.
The concentration our concentrate pigments can be made dependent on the needs from 5 to 70%.
As we use our own wax dispersions for the production of our concentrates our products have the following unique characteristics a very high colour efficiency, they give polish to the dyed product they enable processing in a lower temperature as well as preventing the product from sticking to the mould. |
