NEOSTAT AS is a highly effective antistatic agent for synthetic fibres.
NEOSTAT AS does not affect the fastness to rubbing on dyed polyester.
NEOSTAT AS may be applied in combination with lubricants and preparation agents as well as in synthetic resin finishes.
NEOSTAT AS is biodegradable.
Yarns and fabrics
In general, a concentration of about 0.5% of NEOSTAT AS will be sufficient for imparting an antistatic effect to yarns and fabrics (At a squeezing effect of 100% this means 5 g/l)
Lubricants and preparation agents.
A good antistatic effect can also be obtained when NEOSTAT AS is used in combination with lubricants or preparation agents.
The product should be added to the liquors being ready for use.
Synthetic resin finishes
As synthetic resins usually have a negative influence on the antistatic effect, a combination with about 0.75% of NEOSTAT AS is recommended. In connection with the great variety of synthetic resins and catalysts we recommend to check first the compatibility by means of a small laboratoty test. |
