Neoclear OZ is a special auxiliary which enables one bath scouring and dyeing techniques to be employed on synthetic yarns and fabrics under acid and neutral conditions.
It may also be used for removal of oligomer and in other scouring and dyeing pro-cesses.
1. Enable one bath combined scouring and dyeing of synthetic yarns and fabrics, thus saving on auxiliaries, time, steam, labour and water consumption.
2. Removes dirt, oils and waxes (including stains from knitting or weaving) from the fibre surface, and holds these in suspension, thus preventing re-
deposition.
3. Due to its chemical composition, helps to prevent oligomer deposition on high temperature dyeing equipment used for polyester. It also aids oligomer re-moval from the yarn and fabric in subsequent reduction clearing.
4. When employed in the dyeing of polyester has extremely good dispersing pro-perties towards disperse dyestuffs.
5. When used in the dyeing of polyamide enables the amount of levelling agent to be reduced up to 20%. |
