Ethylglycol Acetate is active solvents for most synthetic resins such as acrylic, cellulose(nitrocellulose and cellulose acetates, CAB), epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, phenolic, vinyl and hybrid systems.
Ethylglycol Acetate produced by OXITENO presents urethane degree which means reduced quantities of water, acids and alcohol that can react with functional groups (isocianates) of resins, changing their characteristics.
Ethylglycol Acetate is also used in general-purpose thinners and in acrylic polymerization processes.
