CLAROTAN X-8 is a sulphited Mimosa extract with uniform quality, specially suitable for vegetable tanning leathers in a tanks, tank - drums and drums process. Is also indicated for leather whenever an extremely light colouring is required and still maintaining the tannage efficiency.
* Applications:
CLAROTAN X-8 is soluble in tap and hot water, with the following characteristics on vegetable tannage:
-Fast penetration
-Bleaching effect
-Very light coloured leather
-Good fixation
-First colouring (first tannin addition).
The retannage of chrome leather permits:
-Better buffing properties
-To keep printing effect. |
