MMIMOSA LEOPARD SOLID WATTLE is a Mimosa highly bleached extract, with uniform quality, used in tanning and retanning, mainly for static process. MIMOSA LEOPARD SOLID WATTLE is a natural extract in a solid form, with the advantage that grants a much lighter color for the end products.
* Applications:
It is recommended the solid block to be previously crushed for the later use on the tannage process. For pit tannage we suggest a homogeneous spread of MIMOSA LEOPARD SOLID WATTLE combined with a bath stirring from time to time which will impart a suitable dissolution, enabling fast diffusion and regular penetration of the tannins.
MIMOSA LEOPARD SOLID WATTLE may be used alone or blended with other vegetable extracts. The following use is recommended:
Based on limed weight:
-to 35% of MIMOSA LEOPARD SOLID WATTLE for vachetta tannage (veg leather)
-45 to 52% of MIMOSA LEOPARD SOLID WATTLE for sole tannage. |
