SM-1 water film replacing antirusting oil is a new cleaning fluid-removing antirusting oil, which can directly remove the residual cleaning fluid left on surface of metal parts cleaned using a water-based cleaning fluid.
As long as the cleaned processed metal products are directly immersed into the oil, the residual cleaning fluid will be removed quickly.
At the same time, forming an antirusting oil film on the surface of the metal goods for rust prevention.
SM-1 water film replacing antirust oil, with a good replacing ability, can excellently remove the following cleaning fluids: 816(made in Harbin of Heilongjiang province), QX-1303(made in Nanjing of Jiangsu province), 644 and HD-2(Shanghai), 77-1 and 77-2(Changzhou of Jiangsu province), 32-1 and 74-1(Beijing), GY-1(Guangzhou of Guangdong province) and "one flower" LV-type(Wuhan of Hubei province).
The rust prevention period of steel products that have been disposed by SM-1 water film replacing antirusting oil reaches three months.
The antirusting oil can also be used for rust prevention of nonferrous metal products, such as iron cast and copper products.
The oil also has neutralisation, replaceability and attachment-preventing properties, making it fit for an interprocess rust prevention.
The product is mainly used for damp workpieces and equipment that have been cleaned by a surface active agent solution requiring the removal of residual fluid and oil sealing.
The oil can be used in machinework shops, surface treatment workshops and in processes before storing, in which the cleaned metal parts need dehydration and oil sealing.
The product can also be directly used as an inter-process antirusting oil. |
