As heat-resistant modifying agent, YL-AD PMI is adopted to modify ABS resin, which has not only fine thermostability but also nice processability, compatibility and impact resistance after modification. If join 1% YL-AD PMI in ABS resin, the deformation temperature can increase 2¡æ. If mix 10% YL-AD PMI, the ABS resin has the heat-resisting grade up to 125~130¡æ with other performance unaltered. This resin can be used instead of the modified polyphenyl ether. As a kind of antifoulant, YL-AD PMI can prevent the coherence and breed of the noxious biology in water when it was applied in ships, warships, underwater pipeline and fishnet, etc. It has low toxicity only to fishes, and is innocuous to other animals. Moreover, it doesn't pollute the sea area and doesn't erode metal and equipment.YL-AD PMI can be used as cross-linking agent of polypropylene and PVC to improve the adhesive action with metal and rubber. Using YL-AD PMI as comonomer can make transparent new type copolymer with favorable thermostability. In addition£¬YL-AD PMI is used for producing additive of hard burning plastic and it is also widely used in antiseptic, pesticide, antirust and optical substance, etc. |
