Pre-Cote 11 RTV Surface Coating

Pre-Cote 11 RTV Surface Coating is a new semi-permanent coating for RTV silicone and metal molds. Pre-Cote 11 can be applied by spraying or brushing. Test results indicate cure time is two hours. Pre-Cote 11 coats molds with a thin release surface coat that greatly extends mold life. Test results indicate life of a tin cured RTV silicone mold can be extended up to 3 times normal mold life.
* Applications:
Mix well before using and only take out enough coating for the job. Do not pour material back in the can. Close the container immediately after removing the material. Spray nitrogen under the cap before sealing the container.
