RTV-2 Silicone Rubber
ELASTOSIL RT 621 RTV-2 Silicone Rubber is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature.
- Very good flow
- Fast and non-shrink cure at room temperature which can be accelerated considerably by the
application of heat
- Low Shore A hardness (ca. 35)
- High tear resistance
- High system reactivity for fast demoulding even if large amounts of silicone fluid are added
Applications : Base rubber for making printing pads
Main field of application: Very soft and voluminous pads as normally used for printing on chinaware. |
