Silicone Emulsion E-2015 is a 60% silicone emulsion that has been designed for use in consumer products as a means of beautifying vinyl and rubber surfaces. E-2015 can easily be formulated into a vinyl protectant or tire dressing formulation by the simple addition of water and small amounts of biocide. E-2015 will form a durable, shiney, water repellent film that is resistant to water and detergent washings. Silicone Emulsion E-2015 has been especially designed to exhibit good shine durability under wet weather conditions and is suitable for both indoor or outdoor use.
- Low surface tension enabling better spreadability with uniformity in gloss without buffing.
- Good gloss with durability to detergent and water washings.
- Good foam knockdown properties resulting in less foam problems during manufacturing and filling operations.
- Exhibits excellent wetting and does not require the Use Information
