Teflon PTFE 600A
Teflon PTFE 600A is a white powder composed of agglomerate particles.
In common with other grades of Teflon polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) fine powders, it can be lubricated and extruded by pressure alone into long lengths of a coherent, fibrous matrix with useful structural integrity.
The low-density extrudate can be used for its unique conformability or processed further, with heat, to produce void-free solid products.
Teflon PTFE 600A is a fine powder resin that was designed to have excellent acceptance of fillers.
Properly processed products made from neat Teflon PTFE 600A provide the superior properties typical of the fluoropolymer resins: retention of properties after service at 260'C(500'F), useful properties at -240'C(-400'F), chemical inertness to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents, and low friction and antistick surfaces.
Dielectric properties are outstanding and stable with frequency and temperature.
