Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
It is a highly useful accelerator for use in NR, NBR, SBR, BR, IR, and EPDM.
It is used as a retardant for CR.
In order to elevate of aging and heat resistance, it can be substituted by a part of sulfur.
It is suited for tubes, hard rubber, etc.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It doesn't change to be hard on standing by time, so it has excellent storage stability and it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties in spite of a long term storage. |
