Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
It's an ultra accelerator for use in NR, BR, SBR, NBR, IR, IIR, EPDM, CSM and PE.
It provides a good physical properties to cured rubber, and it's free from migration.
It is used for low temperature vulcanization and high speed vulcanization.
It release activative sulfur during vulcanization, so it can apply to non-sulfur vulcanizer.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It doesn't change to be hard on standing by time, so it has excellent storage stability and it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties in spite of a long term storage. |
