Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
It's an ultra accelerator for NR, BR, NBR, SBR, IR, IIR and EPDM.
It's used as heat-resistant stablilzer for PE.
This accelerator is most rapid in dithiocarbamate, but it's slow when used for latex.
It's apt to scorch.
It produces high tensile-strength and tensile-stress.
It doesn't use alone. It's usually used in combination with accelerative activator of Thiazole and Sulfenamide.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It doesn't change to be hard on standing b -y time, so it has excellent storage stability and it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties in spite of a long term storage. |
