Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
It makes activative sulfur(27%) during vulcanization and it's used NR, SBR, BR, NBR, IR and IIR.
It's used to semi-effect vulcanization (It is used less sulfur than usually used).
As it decreases sulfur amount, it makes little sulfur bloom to uncured or cured rubber.
As it decreases sulfur amount, it makes good heat and compress-resistant products.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It dosen't change on standing by time, so it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties still a long term stroge. |
