Conformal Coating SEMICOSIL 936 UV Conformal Coating is a one component, solventless, UV curable silicone elastomer. It is intended primarily as a protective coating for both rigid and flexible printed circuitry containing conventional or surface mounted devices. Once SEMICOSIL 936 UV is in place on a substrate, the cure is induced by exposure to low or high energy ultraviolet light. * Rapid UV cure * One part, ready-to-use * Solvent-free * Shadow cure * Low viscosity The surface to be coated should be clean and free of dirt and other contaminants. The performance of SEMICOSIL 936 UV is dependent upon many factors, including the application method, the thickness of the layer deposited, the substrate, the curing atmosphere, and the curing cycle. |
