RTV-2 Silicone Rubber
POWERSIL 600 RTV-2 Silicone Rubber is a freeflowing, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber, which vulcanizes to form a soft product with mechanical strength and very good electrical properties. It is an excellent material for insulators and cable accessories, and encapsulation of electrical components.
* Easy to process, due to low viscosity
* High tracking and arc resistance
* Excellent hydrophobic properties
* Remains flexible to -55'C (-67'F)
* Very good resistance to weathering and air pollution
* UV radiation and ozone resistance
POWERSIL 600 exhibits only slight swelling in polyisobutylene or silicone fluid (viscosity 10,000 mPa.s). |
