Ancamine AEP |
|
Ancamine AEP curing agent is a 96% minimum purity grade of N-aminoethyl-piperazine, designed for use as a curing agent for liquid epoxy resins. It is characterized by rapid gel at room temperature to give a B-stage cure. It requires an elevated temperature post-cure to obtain optimum properties, notably high impact strength and good thermal shock resistance. It can also be formulated with flexibilizers and accelerators to give systems that will cure at room temperature. *Advantages: - Rapid gel at room temperature to give a B-stage cure - Notably high impact strength with elevated temperature post-cure - Good thermal shock resistance with elevated temperature post-cure *Applications: - Concrete adhesives and mortars - Trowelable flooring - Decoupage systems - Small electrical pottings and encapsulation |
