Recently the iron-manufacturing industry has widely used the synthetic ester-based rolling oil and the natural fatty oil is that for the natural fatty oil the hydrogen remains bonded.
So the synthetic ester-based rolling oil is more stable than the natural fatty oil.
Generally the synthetic ester-based oil has a high lubricating property but the problem is that it offers a poor degreasing property because it is so thermally and chemically stable that it does not induce saponification with alkaline solution during degreasing process.
Despite changes of basic physical properties of rolling oil, there are no changes of the physical properties of the degreasing agent that degreases agent that degreases the rolling oil.
This imply that technical development by the relevant industry is still insufficient.
However, Green-12000 is an excellent degreasing additive that suffices the needs of both defoaming and degreasing. |
