Release Coating
DEHESIVE팜 940A Release Coating is a solvent dispersed addition crosslinkable silicone release coating system. It can be processed onto various super calendered and clay coated Krafts. It can also be processed onto non-porous substrates such as polyethylene coated Kraft, polyester, polypropylene, and polyethylene films. Control of Release Additive CRA 21 can be formulated into the package to provide for differential release.

All components must be added individually in the order given. Thorough mixing after each addition will insure maximum bath stability and stable release performance. For small scale laboratory evaluations, Catalyst OL and Crosslinker V24 can be pre-dispersed in solvent prior to formulation. Pre-diluting these components makes it easier to accurately weigh and dispense the small volumes required in laboratory studies. Any platinum catalyst should not be stored in solvent for prolonged periods. |
