Zikasorb SP is a light stabilizer and specifically classified as a formamidine class UV absorber.
Zikasorb SP proves its effectiveness in a wide range of polymer systems.
Especially, in terms of the enhancement of the polyurethane system, Zikasorb SP, formamidine class UV absorber, outperforms the majority of previously commercialized UV absorbers, benzophenone and benzotriazole derivatives.
Zikasorb SP excels in protecting the polyurethane system from UV light and drastically retards yellowing of polyurethane.
Zikasorb SP enhances the thermal resistance property and its major application is SPANDEX in which the processing of high temperature, generally above 230, is involved.
