Polyvinyl chloride for paste processing.
Vestolit P 1355 K is a paste-forming homopolymer which is suitable for producing medium viscosity pastes with slightly pseudoplastic flow and good storage stability.
The product has excellent foamability and is especially recommended for low-fogging requirements in automotive applications.
Vestolit P 1355 K has excellent expansion properties and a wide processing range.
Even when using moderately priced standard plasticisers, in the presence of fast kicker systems, very fine cell structures and good embossing stability are obtained.
Due to its closed-cell foam structure and the favourable fogging behaviour, Vestolit P 1355 K is particularly suitable for unsupported sheeting used in car interiors.
The excellent foam properties-despite the high K-value, can also be used to advantage in other applications, especially in the thermoforming of imitation leather and sheeting. |
