Polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane ADDID 130 Polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane improves the flow and levelling, the gloss, the substrate wetting and anti-blocking properties, while increasing mar resistance and slip. ADDID 130 is also an antistatic agent. ADDID 130 contains those ingredients which conform to the FDA requirements as published in the CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS. * Recommended Level : 0.01%-0.6% calculated on total solids. Depending on the system, it may be possible to use higher amounts. In waterborne systems and UV-curing systems, we recommend 0.05%-1.0% calculated on total formulation. * Application : Universal application in solvent-based and solvent-free (alkyd, melamine, polyester, UV-curing) and waterborne systems (water-thinnable alkyd, dispersion and hybrid systems). |
