Accel is a unique post-bloom apple thinning and sizing agent intended to be used as part of a comprehensive fruit-thinning program.
Accel increases final fruit size above and beyond the thinning effect.
Accel is labeled for all apple cultivars but has proven to be particularly effective on tough-to-size varieties such as Empire and Gala.
In hard-to-thin cultivars, or when very aggressive thinning is needed, Accel can be tank mixed or applied sequentially with other post-bloom thinners such as carbaryl.
