Modified Cycloaliphatic Epoxide Resins
Low viscosity epoxide resins undergo rapid cationic polymerization when exposed to UV light in the presence of a photoinitiator that generates a cationic catalyst. Uvacure 1533 is a modified cycloaliphatic epoxide developed to provide exceptional adhesion and flexibility in UV cationic cured coatings, inks, and laminating adhesives. Uvacure 1533 can be combined with other epoxide resins, polyol modifiers, or vinyl ethers to provide a range of cured film properties. |
