Cycloaliphatic Epoxide Resins
Low viscosity epoxide resins undergo rapid cationic polymerization when exposed to UV light in the presence of a photoinitiator that generates a cationic catalyst. Uvacure 1502 is a low viscosity cycloaliphatic epoxide which can be used alone to provide very low viscosity or can be used as a reactive diluent. Coatings containing Uvacure 1502 are generally tough, solvent resistant, and exhibit good adhesion to a variety of substrates, including metals and plastics. |
