Vitagen
Aminopropyl Ascorbyl Phosphate
One of the Most Stable Forms of Ascorbic Acid.
Vitagen is very potent and is proven to be one of the most stable forms of vitamin C available.
In some applications we found that Vitagen actually outperforms conventional vitamin C.
Fine Lines and Wrinkles.
Clinical studies have demonstrated Vitagen's power to reduce the appearance of fine-lines, wrinkles and age spots.
All the Functions Associated with Vitamin C.
Using the latest in vitro techniques, Vitagen has also been shown to be a:
- Powerful antioxidant
- Potent promoter of collagen synthesis, cell growth and division.
- Strong inhibitor of melanin formation.
Vitagen is safe, nontoxic and nonirritating to the skin.
It is also water-soluble, so formulating with Vitagen is very simple.
We recommend Vitagen be used at similar levels to Vitamin C, but as little 0.03% will provide efficacy in formulations.
Vitagen is a pure, white, free-flowing powder that does not significantly yellow with time.
Vitagen's INCI name is aminopropyl ascorbyl phosphate and is listed in the CTFA as an antioxidant and skin conditioner.
