Shin-Etsu silicone rubber/gel products, compounded with special filler to enhance the properties of thermal conductivity, are heat curable addition type and can thus be uniformly cured in a short period of time regardless of the thickness of the rubber.
They exhibit excellent thermal conductivity and are best suited as potting materials to protect the wire and components from vibration and heat deformation.
