Waterborne Polyurethane dispersion for Textile padding.
Hyrex is the water borne polyurethane which is self-emulsified single component system without containing any surfactants and no migration phenomenon. It can be cured on ambient temperature.

- Padding process on textile instead of coating process.

- Obtaining better touch if the feel touch is not sufficient due to the network design error of the sizing textile.
- Getting micro powder touch in case of the twisted yarn, even though drape characteristic is excellent.
- Getting micro powder touch, since alkali reduction process can not be applied on mixed fabrics like Acetate £« PET and Rayon £« PET.
- Demonstrating the effect of the high-grade appearance treated on the covering textiles like Wadding thread core, Fancy yarn and Taslan thread.
- Allowing the natural feel touch applied on artificial Suede textiles after rasing treatment.
- Displaying the excellent feel touch applied on the Different shrink mixing yarn. |
