Polylite 33232-20 |
|
Polylite 33232 is a series of low-profile, thixotropic, polyester resins developed for fabricating small to large FRP structures quickly at ambient temperature. The resins in this series are pre-promoted for curing at room temperature with the addition of a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) initiator. Polylite 33232 resins can be used in either hand lay-up or spray-up processes. * Features and Benefits: -Rapid Wet-out of Reinforcements - Minimal voids and / or resin-starved areas -Quick turnover & fabrication time -Easy maintenance of desiere resin-to-glass ratio -Low Profile - Minimal reinforcement print-through -Low tendency to post cure -Stable Gel Time - Consistent gel & cure times at various initiator levels -Thixotropic - Resists sagging on vertical surfaces -Resists draining around reinforcements |
