Polylite 32144 is a series of moderately resilient, low-reactivity, orthophthalic casting resins with viscosity¡¯s ranging from medium to high. Polylite 32144 resins are versatile enough to make small castings as well as vanities and large tubs. Cultured marble vanities made with Polylite 32144 will substantially exceed ICPA and ANSI thermal shock standards when properly mixed, catalyzed, and cured. Polylite 32144 is a unique series of resins. Polylite 32144 gives superior cast cultured marble parts that are stronger and tougher than parts made with traditional orthophthalic resins. These unsaturated polyester resins are pre-promoted for curing at room temperature with methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. Various versions are available to suit almost any shop.
