MG 53 |
|
MG 53 is a new product used for stabilizing the pH of the gold coloring solution based on ferric ammonium oxalate. This product includes a bactericide that prevents the formation of bacteria colonies, which have a dangerous effect on the ferric ions that precipitate as hydroxide. If this reaction takes place the bath solution changes from green to orange, the coloring process ceases to be effective, and sludge settles in the bottom of the tank. By dosing the MG 53 liquid additive in the amount of 10% of required ferric salt (ammonium or sodium oxalate) a stabilizing action is obtained. |
