Oakite Biocide 20 is a liquid water treatment additive for controlling slime, algae and fungi in industrial and commercial recirculating water.
A cationic polymeric type compound, Oakite Biocide 20 is non-foaming, non-corrosive to most metals(not for use on magnesium) and phosphate-free.
Additionally, it is stable for long periods and is not decomposed by heat.
Oakite Biocide 20 is particularly effective for periodic slug treatments to provide microbiological control in recirculating water systems such as cooling towers.
Oakite Biocide 20 is authorized by the USDA for treating cooling systems where the treated water does not contact edible products.
It may not be used on food contact surfaces or in potable water supplies. |
