Inpro-Tect 600 is chemically engineered to supply cleaning and rust inhibition after machining, between In-process fabrication and inspection operations and during indoor storage.
It is used in both single and multi-stage spray washers as well as vibratory and ultrasonic units for cleaning and rust protection.
It also can be used as a rust inhibitor in both spray and tank applications.
Inpro-Tect 600 will not interfere with most finishing operations.
Inpro-Tect 600 is ideal for heat treating.
It is free of silicates and hydroxides that interfere with the heat treating operation.
The dry organic film deposited produces no adverse effect when exposed to high temperatures making it well suited for cleaning/rust inhibition prior to treatment.
Also, Inpro-Tect 600's oil splitting chemistry eliminates the smoke and soot created when emulsified oils left by other cleaners are heated.
Following treatment, Inpro-Tect 600 can remove quench oils and provide indoor rust inhibition, thereby producing excellent results in both operations with a single product. |
