Oakite Bactericide is a free-flowing powdered material for sanitizing food and beverage processing equipment, storage equipment, utensils and tank trucks.
Its low alkalinity intensifies chlorine activity thereby providing faster bacteria-kill than ordinary highly alkaline hypochlorite sanitizers.
The sanitizer finds application on dairy farms, in plants processing milk, cream, ice cream, cheese, producing baked goods, handling meats and in bottling and beverage plants.
It is also used as a general disinfectant on walls, floors and other surfaces in hospitals, institutions, similar facilities.
Oakite Bactericide dissolves quickly and more completely in cold or warm water than ordinary hypochlorites, rinses freely-leaving no objectionable precipitate.
It's authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants contains ingredients acceptable to the FDA is approved by the CDA and CDF(in Canada). |
