Specifically developed for food and beverage plants with naturally soft(up to 3 grain hardness) or chemically softened water, economical-to-use Oakite FiSan-LC55 effectively lubricates high-speed conveyor chains at concentrations as low as 250:1.
This highly soluble soap-based liquid provides superior slippage between containers and chains to prevent "clatter" and lessen motor "drag".
This extra lubricity helps cut costs by minimizing downtime caused by container breakage and motor burn-outs.
It also lengthens the life of conveyor chains by eliminating excess wear at friction points.
Equally important, non-clogging FiSan-LC55 cleans chains as it lubricates to prevent soil build-up—a main cause of chain "drag".
In addition, the moderately foaming liquid is ideally suited for use with electronic eye trouble-spotting systems and multipoint application through automated lubricating systems.
Oakite FiSan-LC55 contains ingredients acceptable to the FDA, is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants and is approved by the CDA (in Canada). |
